Pasture raised from a local farm in Virginia, the chickens that lay these eggs for you are happy birds indeed.
They experience nature in their daily lives, foraging for bugs on over 2,000 acres of pesticide free fields.
The eggs are washed and graded by hand, and from the first dozen you will be able to tell the difference.
*Please note at times your eggs may be delivered in cartons other than those from our farmer. He often repurposes and recycles cartons
to be more environmentally sound, thus keeping costs lower. Please remember to recycle your cartons with us!

-2 cups TNH mesclun
-1/2 TNH tomato (sliced)
-1 TNH egg
-1 tbsp TNH piqual olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
In a pan over medium heat, drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil. Now crack the egg and cook 4-5 minutes until white is set. In a bowl, add 2 cups TNH mesclun and 1/2 TNH sliced tomato. Top the greens with the cooked egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
